What were you doing prior to entering the seminary? I was working for a dry cleaning company and for the local Knights of Columbus field agents.
What influenced your decision to enter the seminary? In addition to the influence of good, holy priests, an accident in 2012 helped me to realize that God was in charge of my life and moved me to live my life for Him.
Short explanation of life in the seminary: The seminary is a place where men from different backgrounds with different stories pray, study, work, and grow in greater love of God. We share good times together, help each other through any struggles, and form a bond that makes us more than just friends, it makes us brothers.
Advice to other young men considering the priesthood: Be generous to God if you feel He is calling you. Answering God’s call is more happiness than you think you can ever have and more blessings than you think you can ever receive.
